Anesthesia Tech
FT, M-F Rotating Shifts - 7:00-3:30 p.m., 10:00-6:30 p.m., or 11:00-7:30 p.m.; potential call
Assists the licensed anesthesia provider in the acquisition, preparation, and application of the equipment and supplies required for the administration of anesthesia. Provides clinical and technical support for all surgical and pain management cases by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the patient, monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems throughout the surgical encounter. Maintain, order and stock in house and non-stock supplies. Turn over OR’s between cases including changing breathing circuits and suction bottles, removing and cleaning laryngoscopes, and hanging IV fluids and sharp containers. Clean, restock, and set up OR rooms with anesthesia supplies after each case. Provide assistance to anesthesia staff in OR to communicate concerns of the CRNA’s and Anesthesiologists. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are a must. Completion of Anesthesia Technician program from an accredited school and certification with ASATT is required. Prior work experience is preferred, but not required. Adult CPR and Foreign body Airway instruction (FBOA) is required. Must be able to work on-call.
MRI Technologist
FT M-F Rotating Shifts as needed - 6:30-3:00 or 8:30-5:00
The MRI tech is accountable for the scanning or selected portions of the anatomy as requested by the ordering physician. Prepares and orients patients to the procedures they will have. Perform diagnostic imaging services by means of MRI and CT. Evaluate imaging scans for quality control and technical information. Maintain patient records through Medi-Tech and departmental documentation. Participate in CT duties and assist in CT coverage. Graduate of an approved and accredited radiography program. Certification in MRI preferred. ARRT certified. CT experience preferred. Excellent customer services skills and ability to work independently. Excellent phlebotomy skills.
Administrative Assistant I, Pain Treatment Center
PT M-F, daylight; days & hours vary
Responsible for all administrative duties of the Pain Treatment Center including but not limited to coordinating services, scheduling patients, insurance verification and maintenance of Medical Records. High School diploma or GED. Good Communications and organizational skills, excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills, physician's office experience preferred, knowledge of health care insurance preferred, and basic keyboard skills preferably with training in word processing and spreadsheets.

Assists with all aspects of the Community Services departments. Participates in planning, scheduling and implementing Seniority events and activities. Physical Therapy Aide

Assist the Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistant with patient care by transporting patients to the treatment area and by preparing the patient and area for treatment. High School diploma. Current certification in CPR/BLS. Prior experience with patient care ages 6 and up, preferred.
Office Coordinator, Robinson OB/Gyn

Responsible for general day to day business and clerical functions. Oversees the medical records by organizing and ensuring proper disposition of the medical record. Maintains database with accurate patient and physician data, schedule appointments, obtain insurance referrals, prepare charts, file and process medical records for requests as needed. High school diploma required; Medical Assistant Certification, Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2 years secretarial/office experience; proficient in Microsoft software; Hospital experience required, ambulatory setting preferred. Office management experience required.
Coder
FT, M-F, 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.
Code outpatient records, backup for inpatient coder & rehab coding. Some data entry. Must be responsible, reliable and able to work independently. Associates Degree or diploma from an accredited school. RHIT, LPN, or CCS or ability to complete within 9 months.
Nutrition Services Aide
2 FT, Rotating Days, 10:30a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Serves food in the cafeteria, works various positions on patient tray line, washes dishes & pots/pans, sweep & mop floors. Previous food service and/or cashier experience helpful.
RN, Emergency Department
PT 32 hrs. per pay; days & shifts vary
Current PA RN license. At least one year ED experience. CPR & ACLS, or ability to complete within 6 months of hire.
Transcriptionist, Medical Records
.5 (20 hrs. per week) Flexible hours - Work from Home
Transcribe dictated medical reports on diagnostic workups, therapeutic procedures, and clinical resumes for inclusion in medical records and for transmission to physicians or other medical care facilities. High school diploma with specialized training in typing and medical terminology. One year experience required.
LPN, Acute Rehab Unit
FT, Rotating Day/Evening Shifts
Responsible for planning/providing direct/indirect comprehensive patient care under the direction of a RN. Review, collect and evaluate relevant clinical data regarding current signs, symptoms, diagnosis and past medical history for the patient and reports this information to the RN. Graduate of a School of Nursing, current PA LPN license and current BLS certification required. Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills a must.
Medical Assistant, Robinson OB/Gyn
FT, M-F - Monday, Thursday, Friday - 9-5 Cliff Mine Road Office; Tuesday - 9-5 OVGH; Wednesday - 11-7 - Cliff Mine Road Office
Perform front & back office duties in a physician office setting under the direction of the physicians. Back office duties include giving injections, taking and recording vital signs, label and prepare specimens for lab, prepare trays, and clean back office. High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of Medical Assistant Certificate preferred.

Varies
Sit and observe patients. Interact verbally and communicate needs to the nursing staff. Report any changes in patients' baseline funtioning to the nursing staff, as well as observe patients and report potential safety risks to the nursing staff. High school diploma or GED.
Cardiology Technician

Main duties include EKGs, scheduling & front office duties, and transcription of test results. HS diploma with one year of related experience required. BCLS required within 3 months. Proficient transcription skills and excellent interpersonal skills a must.
Medical Lab Tech, Laboratory
P.T., 24 hrs per week, rotating shifts
Performs laboratory testing in all laboratory sections. Collects patient specimens. Associate degree in MLT, chemistry, or biology and graduate from an accredited school of medical laboratory technology. Board registered for examination MLT (ASCP) or eligible.
Unit Associate- CCU & M/S
FT, PT & Casual, D/E; D/N; or Steady Evenings & Nights
Perform direct patient care under the supervision of a clinical nurse. High school or GED required. One year hospital or long term care experience preferred.
