Seminars include educational presentations by Ohio Valley General Hospital's Medical Staff as well as, inspirational speakers and other outside presenters that provide our senior members with valuable information or services. Refreshments are always served and there is often some form of entertainment.

Seniority knows how to have a good time too! The annual picnic is filled to the brim with fun activities, good food, and entertainment. The annual holiday party is a celebration of the season. You can dance the afternoon away, eat fabulous food, win prizes, and take a chance on the 50/50 raffle. It's the Seniority event of the year.

Free Health Screening
Protect your most valuable asset, your health. Most of us don't get check-ups as often as we should, partly because of the expense. As a Seniority member, you're entitled to one health screening, absolutely free. This screening will alert you to potential problems so you can stay healthy longer.

You'll get a blood work-up (laboratory tests), which will check your cholesterol level and inform you of conditions such as diabetes, blood-electrolyte imbalance, insufficient calcium, and liver or kidney problems.

Your free health screening can help your physicians give you an important, up-to-date picture of your general health.

Seniority Exercise & Walking Club
Seniority exercise helps you to feel better and look great. For a minimal charge, members can participate in a low-impact, low-intensity aerobic class that is run by a certified fitness instructor. You will build friendships as well as muscle. Seniority also offers a Walk For Life Club. Walking can be done by almost anyone of any age and physical condition, and it's one of the best cardiovascular conditioners around. This selfmotivated program encourages and supports your efforts to live a healthier lifestyle.

Lifeline Installation Discount
With Lifeline, the touch of a button connects you to experienced professionals who have all of your emergency information from family and neighbors' numbers to ambulance services at their fingertips. This personal emergency response system is designed to summon the help you need while providing a comforting voice until help arrives. You can rent Lifeline through Ohio Valley General Hospital for a minimal monthly fee. And, as a Seniority member, you will receive a $50 discount on installation charges. A benefit that can save your life!
